This project involved engineering a bespoke productivity tool tailored to Frenetifusion's specific operational needs to streamline field management. The application functions as a mobile CRM and service management platform, allowing staff to browse the client directory and log detailed service data, including technical notes and status updates, into specific fields. A key technical focus of the development was the implementation of a dynamic PDF generation engine within the app, which converts raw service data into a professional document that can be emailed or shared with the customer immediately, thereby professionalizing the client experience and significantly reducing administrative lag time.
